Swiss Private International is a Swiss company offering logistics, cargo and VIP services to clients across Europe and beyond. Its customers write in different languages, compare offers quickly, and expect an answer the same day.
The old website worked against the business. It was slow, it spoke only two languages, and it gave visitors no way to ask for a shipping quote. Getting in touch took several steps, so many potential customers simply left before contacting the team.
We rebuilt the site around four decisions.

Five languages, one structure.
Every page, form and confirmation email exists in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, so a visitor never lands on content they cannot read.

Quotes inside the website.
We designed a quotation system with four forms in every language: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road/Truck and General Requests. Every request goes to the right inbox with a clear subject line, and the customer receives an automatic confirmation.

Smart forms without a paid plugin.
A shipment can have several routes and several pieces, so the forms had to grow as the customer fills them in. The form builder draws its fields only after the page has loaded, which meant ordinary scripts could not reach them and the usual answer was a paid add-on. We wrote our own small script that waits for each form to appear, then shows extra routes and pieces only when the customer asks for them. The forms stay short for simple requests and complete for complex ones, with no extra licence to pay.

Speed and search from the ground up.
We wrote titles and descriptions for every page, converted the image library to WebP and removed what was blocking the page from rendering.
